Registration

The registration will open on 28 May and close 6 June. As we usually have a long waiting list, we are unfortunately not able to accept late registrations.

 

The registration fee is CHF 150/person. We will serve a variety of sweet and salty snacks. Water, coffee and tea are also included. The pre party is included for participants (CHF 15 for all other dancers), the catering mentioned in the program is not included.

 

You will receive a confirmation email of your registration. If you did not receive it, you probably made a spelling mistake in your email address.

We will answer within max. 10 days after the registration has closed.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  2. We do not communicate the reasons for admittance or refusal of your participation.
  3. If you want us to proceed your registration only in connection with a partner and the partner cancels at a later stage, we retain the right to put you on the waiting list without reimbursement of the registration fee.
  4. The registration fee is due 10 days after the confirmation of your participation. We retain the right to put you back on the waiting list if we do not receive the money until the date communicated in the confirmation without further notice or reminders.
  5. In case you need to cancel, we reimburse the registration fee until 31 August 2025 with a deduction of CHF 40 handling fee. No compensation will be granted after 31 August 2025.
  6. In case we need to cancel the event, we will reimburse you the registration fee with a pro bono deduction of CHF 40 to compensate parts of our costs.
  7. We reserve the right to change the program at any time.
  8. Swiss data protection law applies, you consent that we are keeping and processing your submitted data. We guarantee to handle your data strictly confidential.
  9. You give us permission to take pictures and/or videos during the event and publish them online. 
  10. This is a private event organized by the association 'Amigos de Tango Argentino Basel'. The association cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue. In case of the cancellation of the event, the association may not assume any liability for personal costs involved.
