Terms and Conditions

  1. Your registration is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  2. We do not communicate the reasons for admittance or refusal of your participation.
  3. If you want us to proceed your registration only in connection with a partner and the partner cancels at a later stage, we retain the right to put you on the waiting list without reimbursement of the registration fee.
  4. The registration fee is due 10 days after the confirmation of your participation. We retain the right to put you back on the waiting list if we do not receive the money until the date communicated in the confirmation without further notice or reminders.
  5. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please be aware that cancellations are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind.
  6. In case we need to cancel the event, we will reimburse you the registration fee with deduction of CHF 30 to compensate parts of our costs.
  7. We reserve the right to change the program at any time.
  8. Swiss data protection law applies, you consent that we are keeping and processing your submitted data. We guarantee to handle your data strictly confidential.
  9. You give us permission to take pictures and/or videos during the event and publish them online. 
  10. This is a private event organized by the association 'Amigos de Tango Argentino Basel'. The association cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue. In case of the cancellation of the event, the association may not assume any liability for personal costs involved.
  11. By submitting your registration, you accept our terms and conditions.
